FULL TERMS

Complete terms

01

Nature of Services

BETTER LIFE provides life and work clarity, educational content, corporate talks, workshops and lifestyle sensory experiences. Services do not provide medical diagnosis, psychotherapy or other medical treatment, and do not replace assessment or care from qualified medical or mental health professionals.

02

Booking Confirmation and Payment

Submitting through Cal.com or the website is a booking request and does not create a confirmed booking. After BETTER LIFE manually confirms the time, service details, and fee, payment instructions will be provided. The booking is confirmed only after payment is complete, at which point online meeting details will be provided.

03

Rescheduling

A confirmed and paid booking may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. The request must be made at least 24 hours before the original appointment, and the new time remains subject to mutual availability. Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule; a second or subsequent change requires a new booking. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are handled under the cancellation and refund policy. If BETTER LIFE must change a confirmed appointment because of unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose a complimentary reschedule or a refund, and the change will not use the client's one complimentary reschedule.

04

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment may be refunded, less any third-party transaction fees that have actually been incurred and cannot be recovered. Cancellations made at least 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the appointment include one complimentary reschedule; if cancellation is still requested, the refund is calculated according to any preparation already begun, content already provided, and applicable consumer rights. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows are not eligible for the website's contractual refund, except in cases of force majeure, circumstances attributable to BETTER LIFE, or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If service delivery or customized preparation has begun, any refund is calculated according to the undelivered portion, completed work, and demonstrable actual costs. If the service materially differs from what was agreed, the client may provide details and the matter will be handled under applicable law.

05

International Payments

International clients may use the overseas payment option provided in the confirmation email. Available methods, currencies, exchange rates and cross-border transaction fees are determined by the payment provider and shown at the time of payment. A refund may differ from the original amount because of the transaction currency, the exchange rate on the refund date and non-refundable third-party fees.

06

Personal Responsibility and Emergencies

Participants are responsible for deciding how to apply reflections and suggested actions according to their own circumstances. If you face immediate danger, serious physical or mental health symptoms, or an urgent medical need, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional.

07

Corporate and Sensory Experiences

Corporate programs are educational talks, workshops and work-life clarity experiences. Scent and other sensory elements are used for lifestyle and experiential design and are not presented as disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment or medical benefit.
